Looking for 315 skinner on Alliance side

Good morning all. I’m trying to get the Finkle Einhorn At Your Service quest in UBRS. Are there any skinners with Finkle’s dagger that would be up for running UBRS at some point in the future? I’ll be limited on when i can do anything for the next couple of weeks or so, but I should be able to do a run at around 9pm server time on any given day. You can message me in-game or reply here.
