I rather fight 2 locks than 2 Ret. Imagine you have to go thru Sac Sanc Lay bubble bop/spell bop then again Sac Sanc Lay bubble bop/ spell bop then again ….10 thousand minute later…
This is kinda where I keep circling back to with nerfs, though. Do we nerf EVERYTHING or just change game pace??

Lets act like Arcane mage one shotting is just fine and nobody is talking about it as much as Ret.
Pacing was fine last season, this season it feels awful. Some burst is way too high and some classes sustain is way too high.
So yeah you could see across the board nerfs to stuff and you would still have a fast game without “I need this because no MS” cope filtering out from the offenders.
And while your suggestion of 5% is nice, stuff triple killing teams through cooldowns is bad and should receive more nerfs, 23m barrages should see more nerfs, rotational 2-6m button presses from survival should see a nerf. Etc.
Some stuff is legit just way too overtuned and it’s not fun to fight at all.
Ps: nerf Ret Paladin. Spell Bop or Lay has to gooooo.
