I don’t know what a “vtuber” is, but Lei Shi is a childlike water spirit. Thus, she sounds like a child.

Virtual YouTuber (VTuber) basically. They use virtual avatars rather than their actual selves. Usually they’re animated anime avatars. Usually “cutesy”

No, your thinking of AI generated voices. Vtubers have webcams hooked to special software that move an animated avatar. Its like watching JakeSepticEye if he were an anime girl.
