Long intro chains need a skip feature

This expansion has been the absolute king of long intro quest chains for content. A long quest chain to get to zuldazar and star questing there. A long intro to get set up for Nazjatar and mechagon. This highlights a thing thats been a problem since cata. Long chains for Goblins / Worgen. Long chain for Pandaren and to get to pandaria. A massive chain for getting into Draenor

We need skip options for doing these on a second character. Going through some alts right now to get into Zuldazar is painful. Every one needs to jump through hoops and a long rp walk just to be able to start anything in BFA content.

Its honestly kept me from creating certain races because I know a long, boring grind is associated with just starting them.

Please, if we have more of this in Shadowlands, consider making a “skip this intro chain” option. I don’t care about any lost exp. I just want to get to doing relevant content and not going through the same thing another time.

I actually don’t mind the long quest chains to start something the first time. But i do totally agree with

But then again for some reason Blizzard has taken this tack of making alts painful to play and trying to force people to have multiple mains instead of enjoying the game the way they want too with alts.

There are skip options. For both the BfA intros that take you to the new city and for the cloak.

There is a skip option for the prison break quest chain and the battle for lorderon yes. But nothing for the lengthy RP walk . We need an option to just go straight to the board and begin work.

It also does nothing for things like the Draenor intro or the race restricted lengthy intro chains for some of the other races.

What lengthy intro chains for other races?

And you can run to each place you need to go and leave your escort behind. You don’t need to follow at a walk.

The Draenor intro gains you levels and is a questing zone. It’s storyline. It’s the game. It’s an RPG. You’re lucky you get any skips at all.

I mentioned them in the first post. Pandaren. Gobling. Worgen all have these. It gets boring after you do 1.

As for your final argument, its Boring after you’ve done it 5+ times and you’re on your who knows what number alt. Lucky isn’t the word to be used. Its called Options. We should have the option to skip the tedious intro quest at the cost of the exp that would have been gained.

Its just common sense at this point to have skips when working on anything that is after the first character to have done it on that faction side.

Those are their starter zones. That’s very different.

Not in an RPG you shouldn’t.

No it’s not. It’s you not wanting to play through storylines because you don’t care about them. There’s a difference.

They are the same. Long intro quests for that race that cannot be skipped.

And yes, it is common sense. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have already begun to put them in in the first place.

What if I find all questing to be boring and tedious?

No they aren’t. It’s a starter zone. It just happens to be unique for those races, because of when they were implemented.

No, it is not common sense to skip entire zones.

Well, we will have to agree to disagree because I don’t view them as a starter zone since every other zone can be gone around. I view them as a story line specific to that race that would make no sense in any other aspect.

In either capacity, its annoying after the first 1 and the worgen one is currently a laggy, buggy mess.
