Please just make it so Evokers don’t have to be stuck in dragon form. I enjoy collecting mogs and don’t like dragon mode.

Because we do dragon things and can’t at all not be a dragon while doing dragon things.
Random drachtyr warrior uses wing buffet with special added new animations while staying in visage form
…ignore that, there’s no possible way for us to maintain the visage form it would be far to strenuous on our drachtyr magic.

Deep breath, fire breath, hovor, etc is going to look REALLY weird in visage form.

not really, you can already use that the toy that turns you human. Also, think of all the other ridiculous visuals that other classes do. Its not like the game is realistic in the first place Lol

Yeh, you can use toys that turn you into other races, and it looks really strange for some of the spells. Things like Hover and Deep Breath especially. Even the normal attacks look a little off even though they often just use default spellcasting animations.
It is clear the class is not designed to be played in non Dracthyr form. Could they design it to be more friendly to do so? Sure they could. They currently have not, though.

I know right. I’m tired of people using pseudo-lore to justify not giving players an esthetic choice that should have been avaible at Dragonflight launch. Just tranform us during abilities like Deep Breath and Verdant embrace but let use most of our kit in Visage Form.
If Krasus can do it, so can we. There’s your canon lore.

Conceptually, it’s not any more random or stupid than any other race. In terms of actual implementation… eh, they look goofy, sure, but every other model in this game does too.

i mean dwarves and gnomes and elves and even orcs have precedent in prior fantasy. and tbh if you think the visage forms are just as goofy as the geckos, i guess there’s no accounting for taste.
thinking Blizz invented the idea of a reptilian humanoid race sure is… an opinion.

that’s not my point. the race has the same origin story as the power puff girls, and looks like all its members should talk with kiwi accents and sell insurance. dracthyr were literally cooked up out of nothing. if the devs are going to gate some of the most interesting mechanics in recent memory to one class, they might at least not make the class be tied to a race that looks like it was cooked up out of nothing.

No, thank you, I like to play dracthyr in combat, only thing I want, when Hover ends it automatically will throw me back in Visage.
Im just hoping they expand the barbershop items since they will never update mogs for dragons 
I mean i know they wont update the barbershop either but i have to try to hope for something
