Yes, this prepatch is pretty terrible.
It has actually accomplished the opposite of what a prepatch is supposed to do and killed any remaining hype I had for SL.
I’m actually trying other MMOs for once. lol

Silly entitled player wanting catch up gear in a pre-patch like all the other ones. Go do mythic raiding like a REAL person and put some effort into the game 2 weeks before a new expansion instead of asking for blatant handouts.
Dumpster fire pre patch.
So giving every toon you have a free 115ilvl weapon is pretty good.
IF next week they remove the delay on spawning the rare bosses I think it will actually be quite ok… as in killing 1 rare, next one spawns (with the immunity thing for a minute allowing players to fly to it)… rinse and repeat so that within an hour all of them spawn.

The Death Rising event just has nothing going on though.

The delay and then the pre-patch killed it for me too. I’m considering refunding Shadow lands and I probably won’t play now. When I was sitting there waiting for the rates to spawn, I seriously started to wonder what I’m doing with my life. Lol
