I believe WOTK had the highest population. If they’re willing to stay on top of server populations and do mergers there should be an adequate player base.
Sharding instead of admitting the player base was dwindling and doing server mergers was one of the stupidest things Blizzard has ever done. It’s only served to increase the number of players who have quit. An MMORPG needs a community and sharding takes that away.
Can this sub 50 IQ dumb fk male worgen please GTFO my thread. Saying it wont have a large player base when it literally was larger than the current playerbase of bfa LOL. People like you are the reason why WoW died.
Wasn’t talking about Vanilla was talking about WoTLk hence why I said “WoTLK PvP system was a good middle ground between casual and hardcore, I’d like to go back to it.”
It died ? Seems pretty healthy to me. You sound confused. Classic won’t keep players, there is no endgame, and it will keep away new players.
An Orc calling out IQ’s , that’s quaint.
Please go back to classic. The sandbox is calling you. You and the rest of the content creators can get the band back together, loot funnel each other and 2 shot people that don’t play 10 hours a day.
I guess the hope is that the casual fodder lasts after the first few months. WoW was new and different then with almost no competition. The newness lasted until Wrath. There isn’t any shiney left for them. If they don’t stay I don’t know what you’ll do. Queue WSG until the end of time I guess… GL.
