I’d put more of the blame on RWT…GDKP isn’t too bad, but prices get crazy when people spend real money to bid on items and prices get so crazy regular AH andys don’t stand a chance.
That’s because of your perspective here.
An epic mount may as well be a visit to the reagent vendor for as much gold as a person is able to accrue in a short time on Era.
An inflated economy works both ways, yes, things are expensive, but it is also insanely easy to make a large amount of gold in a very short time by even doing simple things such as farming even non-endgame herbs or selling some crafts. You can sell BOE blues you get from anywhere sometimes for hundreds of gold.
Mithril is not bot farmed at all, it’s very easy to just casually go out and find mithril without any struggle and yet mithril and it’s branch of trade goods are sold at an absolute premium due to sappers.
When you pitch the scenario as if an epic mount is at all expensive, it’s kind of disingenuous.
Things are expensive, but making gold is significantly easier as a trade off.
Whitemane aint much better, they want you to have 10k+ for a budget so as a fresh 60 you get locked out unless you swipe.
how does having 144k in era give you game time I mena unless you are SELLING the gold for real money
They legally trade between era to wotlk or retail at a ratio of 1:400 wotlk or 1:1.5k retail, around that
144000 gold on era gets you about 216,000,000 gold on retail. Thats not an exaggeration, so you can do the math whats really happening with the gold.
This is why im slowing down on playing WoW drastically… The more and more I get characters into raiding the more I see people requiring meta builds/comps for fastest runs possible and majority GDKP’s on Era and Wrath. It’s almost impossible after molten core to get a BWL group that doesn’t hound you for world buffs or all consumes.
Nothing is casual about Era or Wrath anymore compared to it’s mid life of 2020 before SoM.
GDKP and Meta slaves took it over now.
Join a casual guild? Sure… then we’ll be basically on prog for MC for months because people find it easier to buy gold and buy your way into naxx gear. Then to quit shortly after obtaining full naxx BiS.
Ridiculous.
The more reasonable question is why haven’t you simply chosen to put them on ignore?
I think for a serious warrior, using potions on cooldown, pumping hard cost like 1500g/hour to raid.
Inflation is increasing the cost forsure, but even without it - it is expensive to raid and GDKPs help cover that cost. Or else it would be really hard to get pumpers to go to raids after this are bis or near bis.
Stupid question.
They make new characters every time, and there are hundreds of them.
My apologizes if I don’t pay monthly for press the ignore button hundred times per week.
Get the global ignore addon that automatically blocks their spam.
Or, would you rather just have something to complain about?
I already got one, but they manage to bypass it with special characters.
Yes, I complain about scammers and spammers, and you are defending them.
If you are offended by a simple discussion, I advise you stay away from forums or any social site.
Incorrect.
How have you missed his point so many times? dum dum.
Name calling is inappropriate.
