As a Frost Mage you give me 95 mastery and 39 vers on 278 gloves??? This nonsense should give you your best two stats ONLY. This gives me my two worst.
Still no tier in vault. This system sucks. And I hate it.

It specifically gives you raid tier, and those stats are generally locked in. Complain elsewhere. If you don’t like the system, don’t like the vault, don’t like the gear you get from drops, don’t like the gear you can craft, don’t like the gear you can buy, then you’re not going to like anything and you’re miserable. Don’t play the game.
System sucks. Plain and simple. Tier should ALWAYS give your best stats as it always has.
Ahh so they put mastery on Mage tier??? Thats an even bigger issue. Reforging anyone???

No it hasn’t. What are you pulling them from? Also, best stats are subjective as some builds prioritize one stat over another. Mastery is a DH’s worst stat and it still shows up in tier. You’re just salty and baby raging. The internet doesn’t care about your whining.

This is correct. The catalyst converts your item into a raid tier piece of the same ilvl.
So the correct complaint would be that the raid tier is poorly optimized

Wrath tier 10 gave crit, hit, and haste on Mage tier. With sockets. This is garbage.
After you realized your initial complaint was stupid and poorly thought out. Think through your criticisms before trying to defend them.
I dont raid so why would I even think they would give frost mastery on a FEATURE item of 9.2 and SL. TIER SETS ARE BACK, but we give you crap stats. Gee thanks.
Also this is my first ACTUAL public complaint about SL at all. I generally dont have a problem with much but this is absolute trash.
If you don’t raid then your opinion on raiding gear is worthless. You’re not going to PVP in raid gear and you’re not going to raid/m+ in PVP gear. If all you’re doing is leveling and doing quests then the gear you get from leveling/questing is all you need.
And in typical WoW player fashion, anything that is not the absolute best, is absolute trash.

Tier = raiding. Is this a new concept to you? They gave non-raiders a way to obtain gear that’s useless to them and they’re still going to complain about it.
You must remember that frost is not the only mage spec, and the set is the same 5 items for all 3. Arcane likes mastery iirc, fire just likes haste+x

yes, it will be converted into the raid item, but with the pvp upgrade path.
