Lol looks like the coiner have been swiping super hardcore on Anniversary realms.

What do you coiners buy with all that gold? You guys clearly buy more gold than ever took place in Classic 2019 and there is no GDKP so what gives?

Thankfully on Whitemane we dont have a bot infestation since we dont have any gold buyers. Strange since GDKP isnt banned on Whitemane and we have raids and dungeons popping off constantly.

So why are the servers (anniversary & SoD) without GDKP so infested with Gold buyers and Botters?

Nah, we exterminate the bots we did have 13 months ago. Occasionally they would try and infest but Whitemane has a very thirsty community of bot killers. They get killed and reported and we generally get ban confirmation within a day.

Seems to me that where the hype-train goes, they all follow.

Makes sense. They go where everyone’s at where business is likely to boom.

Ok, but if GDKP is the driving force for gold buying then how come we almost have Zero gold buying on whitemane as indicated by our lack of botters?

On that same question why then is gold buying setting new records on SoD & Anniversary?

Ok, but what on earth are they buying?

If there is no GDKP then why buy gold?

And OK, lets say they buy for an epic mount even tho that is trivial difficulty, why more than the 1K for the mount?

The only thing I can think of is probably the players actually buy gold so they dont need to farm for raid consumables and raid BiS like Edgemasters…

On annivers?

Don’t forget the anticipation for TBC. That alone is a factor. Especially if there is to be no TBC era as the evidence suggests so far.

If what you’re saying is true even at the slightest degree then we should see a never ending train of bots to feed the insane number of GDKP i see in chat on WMC.

Not even kidding, 80% of the raids I see in chat are GDKP; its by far the most common type of PUG.

The thing is,… There is virtually zero botting on WMC.

MEANWHILE ON ANNIVERSARY… KEK!
