Logitech G510s key issues

I have the older 18 key G510s keyboard and when I assign keystrokes, it’s not registering at all. It’s just coming up as F1 even though my keystrokes are assigned and I’m on the right profile. In one thread someone had a similar issue with a different G device and Iadded the new location of wow.exe (in the retail folder) and it’s still not working. Can anyone help? I know it’s an old keyboard but

Do you have the latest software? Looks like there is a 8 oct version. Most issues I have encountered can be solved with a uninstall and reinstall of the software

Thank you. I did need an update and installed it, but am having the same issue. WoW is just not registering that I’m pressing anything. Nothing is happening. Testing the keystrokes on other things works though.

I’m not sure if I understand the issue correctly.
But I find that if I try to program keys with WoW on top, nothing happens.
What I do is to figure out what keys I want pressed with the macro keys. I then alt tab out of the game and program the keys , then when I go back into WoW the keys work.
There is someting about having WoW in the forground that prevents the Logitec gaming software from recognizing programming commands.
