Ahhh!! This is giving me my first hope for a solution!! I play a druid healer and use Vuhdo. Can you give me an example of a mouseover macro that will let me cast Rejuvenation in Vuhdo? This may be the answer to everything!
Try this one. I’m not at home right now to copy the actual ones I have set up but this should work.

/cast [@mouseover,help][help,nodead][@player] Lesser Heal(Rank 1)
It’s actually kind of simple, it just sounds more complicated than it is. You have to set a keybind for for addon, like Alt-5 = Healing Touch. Then you go to the Logitech software and set the G7 key as a keypress = Alt-5. Now when you click that button on your mouse it tells WoW “Alt-5” and it casts your spell.
That’s where the problem lies - you can’t set a keybind for Healbot; it has to be a mouse button. This method works great for everything else, but if WoW doesn’t recognize the extra buttons, Healbot can’t either. A method was suggested above to get a work around in Vuhdo, but I haven’t had a chance to try it yet.
Switch to Clique and a Raid-Frames addon for healing maybe?
All my buttons on my 502 work for whatever I want them to do; sounds like its an issue you have outside of the game especially since you said addon; most likely you have a keybind that prevents it to work

This is the mouseover I use with VuhDo and it’s working well. I have different ranks of different spells bound to 1-6 on my Razer trinity right now.
This is why I dumped Healbot years ago and went to my own Mouseover macros and Clique. That way I can use any Party/Raid frame I want like the stock Raid frames as an example.
I am not sure if this helps at all but what I had to do for my g502 extra buttons (and the g910 macro keys) to do what I actually had them set up to do when running WoW, was open up the Logitech Gaming software suite, set the macros under the World of Warcraft profile and then under the profiles properties MANUALLY select the classic wow.exe and setting it to “locking the profile” while the game is in use.
Interesting! I’ll give that a shot. It’s hard to imagine not being able to use the extra mouse buttons after I read so many great reviews for the G502 with WoW. I hope this works! crossing fingers
You said you use Vuhdo right?
I found how to bind those keys in Vuhdo itself. Go to the spells tab and select local keys to the right. Then click add. You type in the spell you want to bind on the left, click the button on the right and then hit the button you want to bind it to.
I just wanted to say thank you for this post. I ended up picking up the wired G502 mouse this past weekend and it’s been quite the help with keybinding. Given I probably shouldn’t have adjusted everything when I was drunk - but I’m getting used to it now. The mouse is great and I found it very straightforward to keybind.
Im running a G602, I had to set up each extra button on the Logitech app with Ctrl+a, Ctrl+b, and so on. I also run the standard UI, so I set keybinds for the extra control bar, above the standard, far left buttons. Now anything I drag there the button on the mouse does, and it works across all my characters. Easy to change up, just drag and drop spells to those buttons.
OMG!! THIS!! This was the missing piece that has now solved the problem; mapping a keybind to Vuhdo was the part I couldn’t figure out. I understood how to map the extra buttons within the Logitech software, but that wasn’t getting me anywhere when it came to healing add-ons. It’s also a wonderfully clear example of something Vuhdo can do that Healbot can’t.
Silvestra, you can’t imagine how much this answer helped. Now all of the extra buttons can be used in Vuhdo. I can’t thank you enough!!! <3
Logitech G502 didn’t exist in vanilla so its working as intended,
you should switch to a ball mouse instead.
I’m so glad it helped!
And they all lived happily ever after. Fin.
vania por la misma pregunta pero ya encontré la respuesta aqui XD 14/12/2020
