I actually bought 2 this past week in prep for shadowlands.

  1. Reddragon K585 DiTi
  2. Bluefinger combo. (backup)
    There is also an amazing AULA excalibur model.

You can program the buttons to be anything you want them to be. So you could put alt ctrl and shift on the mouse and just use the same binds on your keyboard hand or whatever you want.
