The truth is, not enough Blizz engineers are on this because they have intentionally gutted staff to increase profits. Price didn’t go down for us though… just the quality of service.

Been chillin’ at the Bnet login screen for about 40min now. Wait time to even get to the next line has gone from an Okay I Can Handle This <5min to a Seriously, 310 min. Assuming at this point my day off must be spent out in the real world. The horror!
