Blizz launcher says high latency atm due to DDOoS attack atm.
Edit: The EU blizz twitter says its effecting overwatch as well.
I’m still in (since earlier this morning) haven’t been disconnected thankfully.
Lucky ducky. I was on around 7 AM EST, then got kicked off about an hour ago. 
The " Breaking News " says attacks towards certain ISP. I have Spectrum, so I suppose anyone else with Spectrum that’s playing WoW might be offline as well.
I’ve been having problems for the last 45 mins or so… Get as far as the login screen then get disconnected.

I log-in ok, start to play and then get kicked about 5 minutes in.

Having issues too. I get to the character select screen, but can’t enter the game or even switch servers. I though that was a “me” problem, but I guess I’m not the only one.
Have Spectrum also and can’t log in, hopefully it clears up soon.

Is it fixed? I just tried logging in and it took almost no time. I have a latency of 53 on home and world. Sounds like it’s only certain ISPs. I have cablelynx.
For me, I make it to character select, go to load into the game, get 90% through the bar and then I DC. So it’s not fixed at all.
