It appears to be a new issue. There have been a few posts on it. You might want to file a bug report on it as well. The more cases they can look at the faster QA may be getting it fixed.

Character locked in disconnect loop after crafting legendary

Interestingly enough, I seem to be seeing the same issue with the character so it isn’t a UI issue. I found an issue that may be related to yours that is being looked into. This might require a bug fix, and not something that our Support staff can assist directly with. I’ll keep an eye on the issue and update this post when I see something.
