Login Error BLZ51914400

forgive me I don’t know and cannot see appropriate category for this post and also Google has “zero” helpful results regarding the problem. I decided to come back from a 5 months break and after buying a sub well, I cannot login…
Error appear as below:
“You have been disconnected. (BLZ51914400)”

Nothing help, I tried through support by opening a ticket, but what I can say about support and GMs usually responding - they do not read messages and details, use notepad and standard “blurb” statements, treat us like brainless. I know the rules and procedures in support because I work in one of the largest company and this is what we do. Blizzard support fails practically at all times (99%).

I couldn’t find an answer to the meaning of this BLZ51914400 error, there are other threads with this issue, they’re all pretty new 2023, 2024, 2025 for the most part, but all the fixes these people have found don’t work for me.
Support left with restarting the modem, resetting settings and disabling addons - I guess this is also advised when your rotation or dps drops and you don’t know what to do. No comment. What are they doing, especially since I put the hints and information about me in the ticket. Completely ignored or not read.

Please help because my friends are waiting and I’m stuck. I tried the following:

disabling addons
changing provider - yes I checked on two completely different links and the same thing happens so, sockets blockade or similar not here
all other games and products work super perfect as always - Starcraft, Warcraft Classic, 20 games on Steam.. 
startup application works okay, advertises and all the stuff normal
I changed password in Blizzard account also
Predator Helios 300 from 2020, I've played hundreds of times with this laptop and never had any issue. 
I uninstalled and reinstalled BNet
I did the same with the game, nothing changed
I tried the scan and repair option, wasted 2 more hours on this, nothing changed.

The only other game I have an issue with is Helldivers, I can play it fun, but I cannot play multiplayer, for some reason everytime I try to join another party, or someone to join me, it doesn’t work… And that’s since launch, I tried again 3 days ago and it still didn’t work…

But up until 5 months ago, WOW has always worked fine, so it’s kind of strange.

Does anyone have any idea?

Have you tried launching the game directly, not through the launcher?

Try the usual suspects:

  1. Exit game
  2. Delete the cache folder in your retail folder
  3. Restart your computer
  4. Do a full UI reset

See if that fixes it.

But if you’re having issues with another game, this may be an internet connection issue.

Try those steps, if they don’t work, then try The Tech Support Forum. They’ll have you run some things and link the reports to see what’s up.

You can try to the customer support sub forum. They have a couple representatives that monitor that forum and respond to threads about people’s issue.

The Technical Support forum is more appropriate. There are quite a few regulars there with lots of knowledge about these kind of things.

You can edit your post to move it to the tech support forum.

Could be corrupted game, might need to fix it… also make sure you have the latest patch downloaded

Didn’t get any help there unfortunately… No one bothered replying haha

So if anyone still cares to help, I’ve tried all of the above, remove cache, change UI, reinstalled the whole game, twice, and still having the very same issue.

I created a new account to see if it was account related, but I get the same issue.

I removed BNet launcher and tried launching the game itself, when I try to login the same thing happens.

I enter my password, it says “connecting” then a second later " You have been disconnected BLZ51914400"

When I click on Help it sends me to a website but the error code doesn’t lead anywhere and GMs with their tickets have been absolutely useless…

Anyone have any idea?

I tried entering awrong password to check, it doesn’t even tell me “wrong password” it just again says “disconnected error blablaba”

I had this issue. I swapped out my RAM. It’s completely fixed. Turns out I had a bad RAM stick.

Put in a ticket. If you aren’t sure which ticket patch, ask in the Customer Support Forum. They’re really good with pointing you in the right direction.
