It takes much longer to connect and log in to my Tichcondrius characters than it did before the patch. Some of my guildmates I chatted with are experiencing the same thing.
My characters on other servers load just fine.

Thank you for reaching out to report this issue. We’ve seen this client login behavior crop up due to corrupted/broken addons (especially so after a patch). I recommend resetting your User Interface, and then test the login again.
Note: This process will return your game client to the default interface in order to rebuild core game files. If you wish to keep any addons you play with, I recommend moving the ‘Interface’ folder to your desktop temporarily (the Interface folder from Step 6). Once you have completed the UI reset, you can then go in and move your addons over to the new ‘Interface’ folder one at a time to see if it was causing the issue.
So I renamed the 3 folders one by one to try and isolate the issue. It turns out that it was something in the WTF folder. Upon further testing, I renamed all the folders back and just renamed the config.wtf file and tried loading again. The 25 second delay getting to the character select screen has been fixed - checking into the addons part.
I’ll do some more testing and see if I can find the exact setting that’s causing the issue and report back.
Edit: There’s a strange issue with the way addons are being loaded. It appears the load into game time is greatly increased based on the number of addons enabled. The addon doesn’t matter - any addon increases the load time equally. Loading into game with no addons is 9-10 seconds. Now with my normal addons enabled it’s 25 secs to get to 80% of the loading bar - 55 secs total to get in game.
Before the patch (with the same addons enabled) it maybe took 12 seconds.
Edit 2: I just realized Windows 11 Moment 3 update was installed on the same day as the patch so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it.
