Can’t log in. Stuck on “Logging in to game server”. Rebooted. Re-logged into bnet. Server status is up… how do I fix this?
Are you getting stuck after choosing a character to log into or before that?
If it’s when you select a character, does it do the same for all your characters or just one?
Not getting to any selection screen. Pressing play on battlenet app to start game. Game does it’s thing and is stuck on the “Logging in to game server” screen.
Experiencing the exact same issue just now.
Did a check for updates. States game up to date. Did a Scan and Repair and received BLZBNTAGT00000BB8 error… rescanning now. Noticed app stated update was installing as the rescan started again.
No idea what’s going on right now.
Are you guys using Mac game client? I have the same issue and I’m wondering if the logging issue only show up on Mac game client.

So it seems like a Mac game client problem. Cause my friends can log in normally.
Scan failed again… can’t launch client from battlenet app any more.

Reinstalled game. I can get into the game now.
I was having the same issue, I opened the Launcher, went to the gear and opened the game files in Finder, i deleted both the Cache and WTF folders and re-launched the game. Worked like a charm. Hope this helps my fellow players.
Same here. Server stopped responding I logged out, then back on and only get a black screen. No characters appear or even a background.
everyone on Grob is just living with hardcore lag, loading screen stuck, dc, etc.
This worked for me. MacOS also.
