My Battle net log in box says it has been a busy day. To help everyone I have been placed in a queue. It started at 5 minutes then went down to 1 minute. The problem is that it has been stuck on 1 minute for 10 minutes now. It will not log me in.
I did have my status checked to show as off-line when I pulled the launcher up this morning. But it the friends list wasn’t connecting to the internet. It was just showing the little buffering circle. However, it did do the update. So, I closed out the launcher and restarted it. This has worked in the past when I had the issue of the buffering thing. But not this time.
I got a 5m queue, popped in after 5-6 minutes.
Problem is, after entering the auth code, it stayed on ‘connecting’ for 2-3 minutes and ‘you have been disconnected’ popped up.
The bnet phone app never connected but somehow allowed me access to the authenticator after a few minutes.
Same. It finally logged in but my friend list is gone. I texted a friend and they can see me online in their friend list so it’s there somewhere. They can message me in the bnet too. I was a panicking.
PSA - I was able to log in and update the game fully, only to be met with every server being offline and an announcement that they are down for maintenance until 11:00 PST. So it doesn’t matter what the queue is doing, even if you log you can’t play!
