I’ve tried logging in a few times today, but when the log in screen appears it asks for my password and then an authenticator key, which doesn’t appear on the app when it’s prompted I can’t log into the game.

On the Battle.net mobile app, there should be an option to enter authenticator key manually, which will load up an authenticator code to be used within a short time before a new code is generated. Otherwise, if loading straight from the Battle.net desktop app, should skip that part, and allow you to login into the game that way.
