I am trying to renew my eu subscription but when I am asked to verify my details my password is refused. The password I am using in my battlenet password and it works for logging in to the US server so no idea why it is not working for the eu subscription. Can anyone help please?
I would move this to Customer Support, you may get more assistance there.
You should just be able to log into the Bnet app, and use the drop down to select your EU license and launch.
