I left dungeons / keys back in early-mid shadowlands because of stuff like this.
I was getting verbally harassed nearly every single dungeon I ran and no matter what Id do it never stopped. people leaving keys for the slightest of small reasons and leaving the rest of us high and dry or getting vote-kicked from a key because of some trash reason like my dps points were 3% behind the meta or some garbage

i was just posting to express what i went through, and evidently a lot of people went through in light of recent news
You guys are crackpots if you really think they are banning people who leave 1 key a day.

My understanding is the bans are for griefers who leave keys shortly after starting and brick the key

theres only 2 of us here, the claim i read, is for bans on people who have a LARGE history of doing wrong to the community not just a single incident love.
I came here to share my story on how I personally have been belittled and harassed and kicked from keys by jerks. not sure how thats “trolling” and thanks for throwing in the, VERY ORIGINAL “OP” at the end there pal. it really makes a point of what level your on
So what does verbal abuse have to do with people getting banned for griefing keys the moment they step foot in them? They’re banning people for leaving keys, not for trash talking and hurting your feelings.

That doesn’t happen.
This is called rationalization. Where you know something is your fault, and you minimize what you did (saying 3% instead of, say, 30%) so that you can keep telling yourself it isn’t really your fault.
