less stress on system == less electricity used. might save you a few bucks over the year
True what would you lock it at refresh rate ? Mine is 165.
Btw i had to abandon my itx mini and sell it for parts because ier someone try to install my gpu. Horror story
V-sync/g-sync/free-sync produces a better picture anyway. Say no to tearing.

i would check your monitor’s freesyng/gsync range and lock it to somewhere in that range. my knowledge isn’t much on this one though…
I just enabled vsync and left it at that and so far it’s a dream come true and doesn’t get over 70 on the GPU pretty much
