From my understanding under Interface>Display> Enemy player nameplates (or wherever) there is a way to turn off enemy player pet health bars. I.E. V! My box is unchecked and i am wanting to ONLY see enemy players health bars (not a hunter/locks pet bar as well - is there another way to turn them off? Only addons i use are DBM and bartender.

Im having the same problem this is so annoying.
I’d suggest threat plates and spending some time customizing them to your liking.
Plater is your friend, get it.
Has tons of customization and you can “turn off” those pesky pet health bars that clutter up the screen too much.
