Locked out of sending mail due to 'unique mail recipients'

Now onto the problem at hand - after sending a bunch of Xmas presents last night I’ve been locked out of sending any more in-game mail! Now I totally understand why that system is in place (to stop spam) but my question to you lot is: does anyone know exactly how long the lockout will last?

I still have a bunch of presents to send and would like to get it done before the new year, so I’m really anxious to find out if/when this lockout will be over ;p

Does anyone have any experience with this issue and if so how long did it last for you?
Any help is much appreciated <3

how many did you send and how many more do you want to send.

Don’t waste time in here. Open a ticket in case it’s too long

It will last until those people open their mail, or maybe until they receive it, not sure which.

You can only have a certain number of outbound mails at once.
