I think it would be better if Blizzard separated High Elves and Void Elves into two different races on the Alliance side and then had Blood Elves and San’lyn as two different races on the Horde side.

I mean this came on a little strong for my taste lol but ugh yeah I get what you’re saying.
I don’t think BE fans / players should have to compromise on BE as a core Horde race / lore of BEs and story being Horde just because of the issues on the other side w people who have never gotten over the fact we are in fact a Horde race and have been so longer than we ever were Alliance.

I was thinking a flip out menu.
And they could do the same with all the copy-cat races.
And they could add Wildhammer dwarves the same way and another Troll clan.

To be honest, it would be much funnier if Blizzard split Void Elves and High Elves into two races and gave the Horde another “mostly unique” race akin to Vulpera or Zandalari.

Zandalari use the troll rig and Vulpera use the goblin rig. The only AR to get a unique rig were Kul Tirans.

Zandalari male uses night elf male righ, Zandalari female uses darkspear female rig. But now that I think about it Kul’tirans are the only one with unique rigs.

Vulpera is a unique race.
I am not sure why you would say Zandalari is though as they are just more trolls like the Dark Iron Dwarfs are just more dwarfs. Or did I miss something?
But yes, it would be funny if Blizzard gave the Horde another actual unique race (ie Orgres!) while the Alliance got another version of Blood Elves. (And despite being a High Elfer myself, given the way the Void Elf identity was happily destroyed so some could get their way, it would serve them right!)

It doesn’t. The Zandalari NPCs in MoP used the night elf rig. A developer stated in an interview that the Zandalari use a modified troll rig.

To me zandalari feels unique enough as it seems unique (not female) that it could be its own race instead of a reskin. I hope all allied races get more customization and a lot of love… especially nightborne and Zandalari.

I do not care. Never have, never will. BE is the Horde race forever. IDC what your taste is. I’m glad Blizzard made it clear we will never be Alliance, and I’m glad Allies only got void tainted traitors to join their cause.

you say that… but you are a hunter with pale skin and blue eyes with brown hair. There is nothing void elf about you outside thats obviously the race you selected. You’re entire appearance screams high elf ranger.

well void elf and blood elf are both high elves, even when i look as a high/blood elf i’m under void elf banner.
I like to rolplay as a high elf of Quel’Danil who get into the void elves for racial representation, we need schools and jobs in hinterland and i want them paid with sw taxes, i’m sure alleria will make it happen
