This… Warlocks have the best transmog by far. Don’t like undead in transmogs as much as other classes (no to mechagnomes too) but I would probably go undead still since I love the first trailer with the undead fel warlock.
Mage seems so nilla
Why not both? I have them at 440 and I am still progressing
You will have to specify what you’re interested in. I found my mage super convenient while casually playing because of invisibility & portals. Much more mobile & faster casts than locks. A bit squishy though. Locks are much tankier. Never had to dot & kite on my lock. Not as many insta-casts but locks are awesome in a raid environment. Both have 3 distinct dps specs so that’s good.
I believe locks actually have faster casts, especially if you play affliction. 1 second chaos bolts are pretty fast as well for destro.
Well yeah, but that’s not really the norm. Went through entire bfa with 2 second chaos bolts to get to the point where you have enough corruption and gear to do that. But at that level anything will be great.
Also, even though everyone talks about the one second chaos bolts, it comes at the expense of having zero passive damage like IS or TD or gushing wounds which other classes are stacking. But I’m enjoying it. Very soon we’ll be in shadowlands and it’ll be slow again.
