I’ve attempted to log in to my inactive accounts, but I am stuck at stating I need to pay to activate it. I want to make sure I am activating the right account - Is there any work around to figure out which account this human rogue is on I am making this post on?
??? doesn’t it just put you in free trial mode if you have no sub? Confused

No, it just says account expired on bnet app then when I try to load WoW it pops up with an error stating I need to activate the account.
I had an issue like this, open a CS ticket on the website and they may be able to help. You may end up getting 24 hours gametime to check the account. You can also open your WTF folder and check against the account number

Great idea! This actually located which account it was - lol. I used the wtf folder option.
I believe it only works in retail, there is no veteran account status in classic that I recall.
In the future, you could also ask in this thread on the CS forum, mods are not on all day but they can help find characters. Giving some help if you remember minor details about the character.

My guess is that your account went inactive before they introduced the limited free mode.
