Loamm Niffen rep stuck at 2

On my paladin alt I very quickly got quests on the map with strong mobs I could not solo, so I decide to get my main out. I notice my main doesn’t have those quests, and then I look at the rep level, and it’s at 2, even after I turned in a story quest with a big rep buff! I logged off to see if it would catch up in the night, and it’s still at 2.

I am 4 of 7 through the campaign but don’t want to continue if my rep keeps going straight to the Maw, so to speak.

Thanks for reading, and devs for taking a look into it. For comparison my paladin is on the same server in the same guild.

Check your bags for a Shiny Token of Gratitude (looks like a purple rock) and Symbol of Friendship (golden rock). You get these as rewards from the main chain and they grant 2500 rep each but you have to use them to get it counted.

Thanks for the heads-up, I was pretty sure I had gotten direct rep for the turn-ins, not an item with rep on it. I had both in the bag and am now at 4. I will continue on my main and will respond here if I see anything else weird.
