No, they’re not. It was only a 30% nerf.
I’m not surprised. The buffs were actually talents that you would see in BGs. They are about the same in arena.

Disnt feel the buffs at all. Same as if they slapped a 5% aura (ret already got a 3% aura buff before this and nobosy cared)
My only complaint for rets is that they can make themselves immune to my damage as a caster for like 6 seconds or however long it last. Other then that they seem pretty squish still

they didn’t seem much different to me. only difference is you fight one every comp now
everyone is asking for this, even rets.
personally I would change bubble into something thats not dispellable, 70-80% wall, your next flash heal is boosted by 150% and on a way shorter cd than bubble, you can’t attack during it.

Ret is still comfortably behind rogue, ww, dk, dh but the gap is 5ish % smaller now.
