The funny thing is it's actually a resto trait. I'm curious if they even intended "wrong spec" traits to function. You have to swap specs to even select them.

it was an intended change to be able to use traits crossspec if they would work. they are changing the trait a little next patch though, making it give less int (lowering the value for boomy) and giving mana back at the end (adding value for resto). idk how it will affect pvp but it is techincally a nerf to the trait for boomkin

The traits were OP, sure, but this is such a gross oversimplification that you're just embarrassing yourself with this post

Yea I was being generous. It was about 85% of Pika's health (at 8 seconds you can see it )and he died in 2 seconds...

Funny thing is the DH didn't even touch Pika when that happened.
