Why do you keep showing the Alliance as good guys and the Horde as bad guys in the story? Both should be pride of their faction, and some people on the Horde playerbase don’t feel that.
It feels like it never matters how much effort or hard work I put into this game. I can devote my life toward getting all the best in slot gear only to find out that it means absolutely nothing the following tier due to catch up mechanics. (IE: LFR/Warfronts) It sort of kills ambition after finishing the content. Having good gear means nothing cause everyone has the same gear equipped. It’s pretty lame for someone who spends more time than others playing this game.
Do you intend to continue this format throughout this expansion or can we expect to see some changes?
Can fury warriors get a transmog option to use 1 handed weapons?
You’re right I did make that assumption. But the prohibitive cost fits that mentality (that you’d get some pieces from raid/chest) and you’d save up for the one piece that never came up for you, versus saving up enough to get the 3 perfect pieces for your spec. Not saying it works for players, but that makes more sense than just putting 7k cost to it for the luls and having players deal with it.
Also, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to make an optimized complete set, but that’s not why the TR was added – it was added as a bad luck protection system – not a complete gearing system. Again, the prices make sense for the former, and not for the latter.
We were talking about TR, I felt it was understood I meant specifically azerite pieces dropping from raids.
Any chance we can add a “skip to end” button for flight paths? At this point they are non-interactive cut scene that I think most players alt-tab for.
Not only is it capped at 4 additional targets, it’s also only 50% damage. Meanwhile DH’s blade dance…
Is there any chance you can explain how Titanforging works so that we can stop seeing so many complaints based on people not understanding that an LFR player is NOT going to be running around in a ton of current tier Mythic level gear? Or a normal, or a Heroic player for that matter. Thanks.
With the recent announcement of the release cycle for Classic WoW, what is the plan afterwards? Will you take the approach of old school runescape, where game development can continue in the spirit of Classic WoW development? Or will this end as a snapshot in time of what once was?
Oh hey, you’re the warrior that runs with Metro always getting mistaken for me
Is there any chance you will give us the transmog option to mog wands/maces/daggers over each other anytime soon?
Do you think you owe it to players to more be more explicit with rewards and drop rate percentages?
The “monster health increases with player item level” mechanic occurs even on quests where the character is placed in a vehicle. The dino quest at the end of the Alliance incursion of Zuldazar is one example of this.
However, vehicle damage does not increase at the same rate, making those quests take longer to complete as the player obtains better gear. Is there a way to remedy this?
You don’t get Azerite from the weekly Mythic+ cache anymore, and if you don’t really raid… That seven thousand number is looking pretty out of reach not counting a twenty one thousand number…
Much like mythic raid transmog is available relatively easily to the playerbase, will you allow past season elite PvP gear to be obtained? Perhaps it can be tied to your current rating, allowing you to purchase past pieces with marks of honor?
Why make islands and warfronts when we could just have more dungeons and raids?
Hi team,
Thanks for taking the time to do this.
My question is:
Are pure DPS classes going to be able to have a healer/tank spec at some point in the future? (Arcane healing Mage, Apothocary Rogue, Defensive Hunter, Blueberry TankLock)
Many pure DPS classes have been at a disadvantage compared to other classes for years now given how much homogenization has gone on between all specs across all classes. Are they being looked at to give more than one role? Hybrids across the board just have a better feel. Druids specifically feel like they can be masters of all and contribute to any group.
Mages, Hunters, Rogues, and Warlocks - while they have their own niches still cannot fulfill any other role besides DPS, and with current balance (minus warlocks) still manage to come out middle of the pack in sims. After all the years of playing this one character I’d like to fulfill more than one role without having to re-grind years and years of reputation and achievements.
At this point why not take one spec and turn it into another role? Balance seems to be, at least numbers wise, the most on point it’s been in terms of gap. However, pure DPS get nothing out of that if they aren’t on top while having no other role to fulfill. The joke currently in mythic raiding is that Mages are just there to buff the other casters and make food - which from experience is close to the truth minus some niche fights. I would love to be able to switch to a heal spec, and still provide immense benefit to the raid.
Just some thoughts.
Thanks again!
That’s me
My question to Blizzard: Why should we even bother asking questions for these Q&As anymore when we know you won’t ever say anything more than “we need to do better”… its been 8 month and nothing is getting better. The game is still just Slot Machines and RNG…
Real question: When will WoW go back to being an RPG?
With the current updated model of the Guild Tab/Chat window has there been any thought of updating the Recruitment tab feature? Currently it only hosts a list of players that have applied. Was curious if it was possible to implement a feature that shows if a particular player is online or not instead of getting a constant message of, “player not found,” when sending a PM or trying to invite applied player to the Guild.
How often do you get asked if you’re me?
