I have multiple ground mounts favorited, and after numerous attempts to summon the Little Red Riding Goat via “Summon Random Favorite Mount” while running The Nighthold, it is clear that this mount is simply being excluded from my favorites list. When I removed all my other ground mounts from favorites so that it’s the only one however, it does in fact summon the mount in that case.
