Literally 3/4 players want LFD

If you aren’t aware that our government’s foreign policies have an effect on gas prices you should probably get an education.

Biden is literally praising high gas prices because he wants to force a transition away from fossil fuels.

“When it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it’s over, we’ll be stronger and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over”

Say Biden has nothing to do with this again.

You are absolutely clueless.

I agree.

Don’t play WotLK if you don’t like the fact that dungeon finder won’t be included.

EDIT: Cya in WotLK, Blizzard knows you will be playing it regardless.

But they know that most everyone else is going to be using it… so they wont get groups without it. :stuck_out_tongue:

And there’s enough people out there who want it to justify having it. Only one group can decide not to use it.

That or they know they are the type of person that would be just instantly kicked out of groups for being complete tools and they are overly relying on people being dependent on them to get by with their completely garbage attitudes.

We don’t have the option to use it because it’s not in Classic Wrath.

I always find it amusing when people use that line about LFD. You must realize that it’s not in the game, right? “Then don’t use it” is presumptuous as it assumes that we even have the option to use it. We don’t, because, for the 3rd time now, it’s not in the game.

That’s where you’re wrong. If we are gonna go down that path of logic then you (and by you I mean the people who want dungeon finder) can choose not to play WotLK.

They really don’t want to lose their ability to gatekeep who joins their groups. They make a lot of money off selling dungeon runs. It’s these people and boosters who predominantly don’t want dungeon finder.

Nobody is forcing you to play WotLK against your will. Don’t like the changes Blizzard is making? Don’t play it. Pretty simple.

Do you know what has a more profound impact on gas prices? Unregulated oil & gas companies that control the market setting the price where they want. It’s why they’re posting record profits far higher than ever, while there’s no shortage of oil nor gas.

The dude pointing out that oil & gas prices are rising in price - due to a lack of regulation, monopoly of a handful of companies, and the economy overall still trying to recover from covid - leading to less reliance on fossil fuels, is a good thing. We’ve had the ability to transition to renewable energy and drop our dependence on fossil fuel for decades, but said oil & gas companies have so much money and lobbying is legal in the US that chump change has stopped any legislation from being passed.

It’s almost like this is a very, very old issue that isn’t related to just one president.

The wanna be gatekeepers are afraid they might lose their ability to try to gatekeep. :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

That’s what their actually afraid of, they don’t actually care about community, they just want to have some tiny control over other people, probably because they completely lack control in their own lives.

You do realize Classic exists because enough players weren’t happy with the changes Blizzard made, and wanted a return to the, “golden age” right?

Players not being happy with changes and being vocal about is why we’re even here.

How about no

I don’t think it’s even entirely that. I honestly think it’s a lot of people talking out their rear, acting like there’s a community worth saving and that LFD is the sole cause of the community degrading over time in WoW. It’s like the boomers saying that we can’t cut student loans or outlaw the predatory behaviour of the companies behind it, since they had to deal with them (albeit nowhere near as bad as we have now).

They’re just posers. I’m legitimately curious how active these people are and how many dungeons they actually do.

Not to mention if someone can’t stand dungeon finder…there’s always eternal Classic servers. They can play there. Aren’t options great?

But Wrath had dungeon finder so obviously Wrath Classic should as well. A reality some people simply can’t accept.

You do realize we’re on the same side, right?

I’m going to play Classic Wrath regardless. I’m just pointing out how terrible the argument “Don’t use it” is in this scenario.

Please read more carefully next time.

You are far more than likely right in that regard.

Honestly I just view all of them as trolls that rely on fallicious arguments to try to push their fake narratives. They constantly try to call out others for “Concern trolling.” when they are the biggest concern trolls of them all, crying about “protecting the community” from the big bad evil RDF… which doesn’t hurt community at all.

It takes like 10 seconds looking at every single successful MMOs today, all of them having some variation of RDF, all of them still being successful in their own ways, to realize RDF is not the cause of the community falling apart that people want to try to pretend it is.

There are plenty of games that are so much more community driven and actually “Social” than wow has ever been that also have RDF. :woman_shrugging:

Isn’t it an amazing coincident how most of the anti-lfd posters are the rudest, most insulting people on the forum? Funny how that works.
