google a zone by “un’goro classic wowhead” you’ll get the page for that zone, you can click on quests to see where majority of quests are. Then click on the quest tab that lists them all, I prefer to sort by faction. Any quests I’m unaware of, I click and check any prerequisites. You’d be surprised by how hidden some quests are, i.e. linken’s quest chain that starts from a boat in Un’goro.

You’re not going to find it in a single list form, but you can find all quest info by zone on sites like wowhead. Just make sure you go to the Classic one.
