How about: none.
Let us move around talent window, character window, etc meaning MoveAnything addon
Raider IO tooltip addon (show number of runs completed in each bracket, and color the scores in the same gradient as RIO not everyone orange 2200+) so I don’t have to update this and it shows progress insta in game
Improve default enemy nameplates in M+ significantly, work with Qazii
That is already the current option by default.
And honestly, it’s for the best. The best and biggest addons were made and are maintained by people who have a passion for the game. Blizzard has a passion for money. I find it very, very hard to believe that from a cost perspective, Blizzard would approve anything that could come close to the functionality and customization of third party addons. DBM/Bigwigs, Bartender, Details, the plethora of unit frames and nameplates addons; these have been built and refined for decades. I do not see Blizzard spending the required money and manpower to develop legitimate contenders. Whatever they implement is going to be half baked and a far inferior product.
All the latest news regarding the UI, including Ion himself, shows your statement to be misaligned with their current vision.
Key word.
How often does a company’s “vision” actually materialize 100%? Visions are made with an infinite budget.
The difference between Blizzard and a 3rd party is that if Blizzard wants to make something native to the game, they have to think about the entire community. Hardcore mythic raiders and .1% key pushers all the way down to the guy who logs in once or twice a week to do a couple dailies and farm herbs.
3rd party developers don’t have to care about that. They make whatever they want, can tailor it to whoever they want, and whoever wants to download it can.
Also, if I’m remembering correctly, the idea was not to build something better than 3rd party addons, it was to implement something native to the game that gave the player an option. That kind of implies it’s not going to be as good.
I want too see a list of all the transmog I’m missing from a raid, and I’m told there are add-ons that do that.
Anything battle pet related.
I really like: Allthethings
I can see coordinates being useful.
The rest of them, taking roleplay profiles for example make sense to remain as addons because it won’t be utilised by the main playerbase.
Coordinates should of been added 20 years ago.
Titan Bar, really can’t do things without
IceHud, or another addon like it. Its puts HP/Mana/Resource bars in semicircles around your character in the center of the screen.
Equip Compare would be the last must have.
(theres always DBM but thats given)
Now, probably yeah. The LFG tool used to be an addon called OQueue though, kinda.
