List Missing Transmogs and Location

I am missing hundreds of transmogs for each item slot. I want to find a way to most effectively gather transmogs so I do not spend time running a raid that can only give me 3 transmogs when there is a raid that could give me 300 (probably exaggeration, but maybe not). I want to know when I am in a city/ zone that has a vendor where I could buy 20 diff mogs so I don’t have to make special runs.

Is there any way to export a list of the missing transmogs and their location so I can figure out what raids/ dungeons/ zones/ cities have the most missing pieces?

In other words, I want to drop a CSV into Excel, throw a pivot table on it, and look into where I should be looking.

If- this was an API, I would be happy to build out a PowerBI dashboard for the community.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

There are two addons that will assist you in this.

The first is one that simply tracks items missing from instances. It will show you exactly what instance has for each difficulty you need to acquire, will load that particular difficulty when you pull it up in the instance. It also has a nice completion % by expansion overview window that I find useful.

The other addon is All The Things. It tracks, well, all the things. Quest appearances from every zone, raid and instance drops, profession recipes, vendor purchases, everything.

It also has a nice little chime that sounds when you add something to your learned items.

Personally, I prefer Monar’s for simple instance transmog farming. All The Things is a bit too much for me, but a lot of people prefer that one and it sounds like it will fit exactly what you are seeking to do.
