Same, although I completed the quest, and the “Recall Lisky” ability went away until I logged back into the game this afternoon.

having this bug means you are blocked from completing any puzzle quest as the button is over the puzzle and will not allow you to control the board. Guess it’s time for everyone to get the FLAT EARTHEN achievement.
