Hello, I am quite interested in your guild as you guys seem like a good group of people. My question is do you guys need bench warmers? I want to raid, but due to my job being what it is (A banquet department at a large casino) the days and hours I work vary. I very rarely will get a Friday off but I do often get Tuesdays and Sundays off. I also work nights (Shift start anywhere between 2PM-6PM and end anywhere between 10PM-4AM) So while I can’t sign up to be a core raider like I would like to be, would you guys still have me? I will spend most of my free time in Classic so don’t worry that I wouldn’t come prepared. Thanks!
We’re very accepting of social players and players who are okay with being on the bench! With a raid roster as high as 40 people, guilds in classic need to have a decent sized bench to ensure raids can occur regardless of any absences. Unfortunately, being on the bench is often seen as a very negative thing for a raider, so it can be rough to find players to fill those spots without it upsetting them. In this way, having members of the guild who are accepting of a bench position is actually very helpful and valuable to us, and helps to avoid guild drama 
So, long story short, yes we would definitely still have you! Please feel free to fill out the application and we’ll be in contact with you shortly after (Usually through a discord add) so that we can talk and make sure we’re a good fit for each other!
