Wow, been a long time hearing this link Aotc complain.
Yeah it does suck after 1 -2 months of a raid release, which is why you either do it at the start or find a guild
Or do what my friends do and make Aotc only groups and get a free carry 
Pugging content is kind of the last resort for me, just get your guild to get queen down. If you guys can kill heroic zaqul, heroic queen azshara is easy.
Make ya own group! Create a community for it! Say you’re lookin’ for a Raid Lead, heals, Tanks-- Whatever ya need!
Then make it happen, Captain!
