Logged in to do some quests this morning. Seen the Campaign: 0/1 Chapter for Lingering Shadows. Went to wowhead to see where its started. Went to Foundation Hall and the NPC is not there. Ive disables all addons and still nothing popping up. Please help start the quest line or reset it?
