Someone is using something that gives all nearby players a buff called Lingering Light in Dornogal, and it tanks my FPS, and even completely froze my game. Dunno what it is but its annoying.

This is the item that is forcing this bug to occur!

yes, i glad someone post about it. It so annoying that you can’t block it.

just came here to make a post about it. This is the second time i have had this happen. My game was completely unplayable (had to alt f4 out because it was near frozen). The first time someone was doing it at the bank, the second time at the auction house.
