This is a meaningless phrase. Everything is “toxic”. Don’t say “toxic” when you mean “competitive”.
You want to remove competitive content from the game? Maybe this isn’t the game for you. Or you could just do the parts of the game that are not competitive and let competitive people to their part of the game and mind your own business.
