I have the correct knife(cat).
addons disable. enabled makes zero difference.
using the ritual knife causes the cast bar to start and at the end of the bar it just says “invalid target” I have tried this at least 40 times and have a ticket in (fingers crossed).
Ive seen and spoken with two other hunters with this issue, as well I see posts on wowhead about it. ( https://www.wowhead.com/npc=210982/liliuna#comments )
I have restarted the game, restarted my pc and sacrificed a gnome to the loot gods. Nothing seems to work.
this is clearly a bug and many hunters would like to tame this pet.

Can confirm this is also happening with the bear variant Astera
i tried again last night, no such luck. Perhaps todays maintenance ? i mean they do maintenance every day lately lol

Not just Liliuna. All three of the thornspeaker knives (bear, cat, stag) are glitched. Have been for a while. Still waiting.
