Lilian Voss is supposed to have blue eyes, but currently all of her models use the default yellow eyes instead. I’m pretty certain that this is an oversight caused by the customization update.

Necro since this is still an issue as of 6/3/2021. Her eyes are still yellow - rather than the blue she had before the update and that she has in all her official art.
