Summer of 2024 that’s it 
I’m betting late May/Early June we see them betas flying, and some kind of early alpha starting end of April.
If they’re going for like a July-August release. But who knoOoOoOows! In game dev summer can mean end of September

The road map is showing late summer early fall release so I’m guessing between Mid August and early October.

You know what I miss? The “old Blizzard”, that would have showed a road map with “Aug/Oct”, and last week of Aug would post an update saying:
It’s not ready yet.
We now expect it by late November.
…and the game would be amazing.
So, you’re right: we probably will get it in early October. With tons of bugs, things that don’t work, stupidly OP classes, half-baked mechanics, etc etc etc.

When “the Old Blizzard”, which became famous under D1/D2, SC1, and Warcrafts 1-3 (built upon Lost Vikings, etc), they were equally known for the phrase “it’s ready… when it’s ready.”
And that was at a time when every other AAA-game publisher was rushing things to release. Always with bugs. Always with problems. And EVERYONE looked at Blizzard to say: THAT is how you do it! Take your time, do it RIGHT!
In that 1999-2005 time-frame, Blizzard could have released a completely unknown game in a brown box, and I would have bought it. Sight unseen. Every gamer KNEW Blizzard as making the best of the best!
And now… I guess they’re “not as bad” as EA, but I’m not sure that should be the goal you set. lol
But yes, Blizzard was known for always having delays-- and LONG ones. But it was ALWAYS done for quality reasons. Blizzard games were the BEST of the BEST!

While I totally understand your thought process, the road map does show the first patch after TWW’s initial release as including a 20 year anniversary event. WoW’s anniversary always takes place in November, making that the most likely month of 11.0.5.
The timeline thing has it around summer time.

What about season 4?
Hoping tomorrow but I can’t imagine they would yoinks a season without warning. Then again, maybe they would.

Season 4is a fated season like the final season from SL so it will be a short one

And guessing from the placement the expansion is late summer near the start of fall.
Blizzard says summer but typically expansions can come out a year after they are announced.
