Did it suddenly become crazy OP since the buff yesterday? I don’t know, I’ve been trying it and it still feels as clunky as it always was but I didn’t notice any particular power spike.
So what are we doing?

Lightsmith and Oracle are the worst, they feel terrible to play
Blizz needs to cool it with the abilities that rely on RNG that they don’t let you see. “abilities have a chance to trigger” could mean anything from 1% to 99%

I dont its AS bad as we remember it to be. However, I have yet to test it in some 10s that have a high healing requirement.
I’m confident its actually capable of heaing those keys, however, I dont think its still comparable to herald.
Herald still has that insane burst healing that LS just lacks.
Most of LS healing buffs is still random BS. Hammer and Anvil looks stronger that what it is this week due to affix.
The issues that LS had before are still there.
Holy bulwark may look good in overall HPS representation but I dont think its worth sacrificing the group survabilibity Herald provides over 150k dps overall in a meta where DPS are doing over 1.2 m and gaining 15% overall of an ability that feels clunky and unfun to use.
Not specially since Herald also just got buffed this week in Dawnlights for 5 man. And keys are about surviving nowadays. On Wings your group is basically inmortal.
They should nerf Herald’s Sun’s Avatar and Dawnlight burst healing, (maybe even remove the 5%, spender buff on Herald tree) and buff Holy Shock and WoG in our core kit. Then remove GCD and travel time from armaments, and then LS will feel decent enough. Or you know, just redesign all together and delte these passive and RNG effects instead of doubling down on them.
U talking about the damage of crusadeds in pvp? Sure it hits for alot but ive seen gameplay where the holy ended up doing like no healing and just medocre damage. Not worth it.
I have no idea what im doing aince i played 2 rated games as holy and still got top heals both games.
