LIghts when target is at 10% hp

With the ToD change i’d like to see when its time to boop him. Like the old one used to be. and maybe increase it to 15% not complaining it would just be nice to use it time to time. ty

I hate that the talent still lets it go off as normal ToD if you use it above 10% I miss being able to spam the button when they are dipping low.
