I haven’t seen this reported anywhere else, though I’d be surprised if I’m the only one experiencing this.
I like to pull large groups of mobs when I’m questing. It’s part of what I enjoy about playing a fury warrior. The problem I’ve been experiencing, though, is if I can’t quite kill them all before they kill me, my Light’s Reckoning goes off, killing the entire group when I die (which is great) but leaves me unable to respawn.
When I get back to my corpse, I click respawn which makes me alive to the mobs (they can attack and rekill me) but on my end I’m still dead and unable to interact with the environment, including defending myself. Sometimes, if I wait long enough, I’ll finally come to life, but occasionally the next time I die, I don’t actually die but end up rooted in place, unable to act, but still “alive”. This happened once while WM was active and was killed by a roaming group of Horde. It was apparent that it showed that way to them as well as they stood around me emoting questions at me.
This happens every time and makes it difficult to play unless I’m very careful to not let myself die.
